Led by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) and the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG), the San Francisco Bay Area has established an innovative monitoring initiative to track trends related to transportation, land and people, the economy, the environment and equity. This data-driven website compiles dozens of indicators; each is presented with interactive visualizations that allow you to explore historical trends, examine differences between cities, counties and the 9-county Bay Area region.

As the PM, it was my role to work directly between our client and engineering to bring these complex datasets to life. By working in the weeds with data and engineers, I maintained a technical backlog of features with varying complexities and performed QA on the website. After facilitating multiple rounds of updates and navigating input, I brought the site to launch in the Bay Area.
