The Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers

The Rosalynn Carter Institute (RCI) is a research, policy, and advocacy nonprofit dedicated to supporting caregivers across America. To do this, their team needed a new program management tool and data platform to facilitate trainings, collect best practices, and share findings.

As the Product Manager, I collaborated directly with RCI by facilitating workshops to understand their goals, aligned their impact to their product strategy, and created a big picture roadmap outlining major milestones. Managing a team of designers and engineers, we created a comprehensive system using API integrations between low code tools including Monday.com, Big Query, Looker Studios, and Wordpress. Day to day, I spent time unblocking issues, coordinating competing priorities, and communicating highly technical concepts to various stakeholders.

As a strategic partner, I helped their team align to impact metrics, giving their data a personable narrative and drive policy to support their mission.
